RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All presale, regular-priced classes, discounted classes, drop-in classes, and camp purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged, with no exceptions.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
PRIVATE CLASS
All online and onsite private classes require a cancellation request at least 24 hours in advance. If this request is not received, the corresponding class fee will be deducted. If you cancel classes consecutively for more than two weeks, iLearn reserves the right to release your spot in the class.
GROUP CLASS
On-site & Hybrid Group class: If a student is unable to attend a class at the designated time, the relevant course materials will be sent to the student by our administration. There are no make-up classes, and the corresponding class fee will be deducted.
Online Group Class: If a student is unable to attend a class at the designated time, they can make up the class by watching the replay video. The corresponding class fee will be deducted.
DROP-IN POLICY
13-Class Drop-In Package:
The Drop-In Policy applies to families who purchase this add-on to class packages, which includes 13 classes, offering flexibility within their child(ren)'s schedule.
Drop-In packages are available by appointment only, based on the child(ren)'s availability. Appointments must be made through the iLearn Education Front Desk.
If your child(ren) are unable to attend the scheduled class at the designated time, you must provide 24-hour notice by contacting the iLearn Education Front Desk. Failure to do so will result in the corresponding class fee being deducted. Providing advance notice will remove your child(ren) from the roster for that day without a deduction from the pass.
The 13-class drop-in package must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.
CLASSROOM BEHAVIOR
If a student is disruptive during class, a notice will be issued. If the behavior continues, parents will be contacted to pick up their child early, and the class will still be deducted from their package. Repeated offenses will result in the student’s removal from the class, with no refunds, credits, or discounts provided.
