Course Description

This course revolves around the use of award-winning Wonder Workshop’s Dash Robot and its age-appropriate applications to teach students ages 6+ more about the world of programming. This is more than just your ordinary programming class because students will also learn real-life applications of the concepts they learn to solve real-world problems. Students will build a strong fundamental foundation of software skills that are necessary for the 21st century. Our growing library of in-app puzzles, standards-based lesson plans, and annual robotics challenges push students to make creative problem-solving tangible. The language used for this course is a drag and drop coding block language very similar to the Scratch language created by MIT.
